. Answer :1.Protect from Sun - use Suncreen (to protect the skin against UV rays) when in Sun and try to avoid the Sun between 10 AM to 4PM. Cover up with long-sleeved shirts and pants. 2. Bath daily in warm water (not hot water) for not more than 20 minutes. Pat yourself dry and shave slowly and carefully 3. Drink lots of water (not cold drinks) 4. Don\'t smoke and hard drinks are OK occasionally and followed by generous amounts of water 5. Balanced diet - majorly green vegetables and lots of seasonal fruits 6. Exercise daily for at least 30 mins preferably do cardio (running, fast walking etc)
