Is it true that after earthquake there will sure be a tsunami?

ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION there is no guarantee. In case of the last two tsunamis in japan and which hit India the earthquake happened in sea so it created huge waves which became tsunami. There is a chance for tsunami if the earthquake happens in the sea near to a cost line
