Is real estate boom again in India?

ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTION Realestate like most industries also depends on the state of countries economy As recission is slowly subsiding and the economy is recovering, people are looking for buy houses and the banks are also lending house lons in a more relaxed manner So realestate industry is also recovering but i dont think it will never reach the stage when it was at its peak in late 90's and early 2000's in near future as people are thinking twice before making such huge investment these days due to scare of another recission
